There are some overexposed areas which are distracting. Try this with a more gentle light condition.
I think it will be stronger if you crop it so that the bridge and girl will be off center.
I needs also a minor straighening.

Ah, I noticed alot was overexposed.
I'm using a Sony Cyb ershot DSC W50, and I'm tryin to get the hang of it still. lol
Thanks though!
I'm going to try and take this again with less overexposure.

You should try this shot another time. Dusk or dawn, when the sun is still low and the shadows long. I think this would look quite cool here.
Keep experimenting!
You have cool ideas, that need a little more skilled routine.
